Then, by asking pointed questions, elisa begins to understand a client's risk tolerance, needs and sensibilities and makes a general recommendation as to what policy type may work best to accomplish their goals.

Elisa then passes all this information off to the agent to take if from there. By the time an agent gets on a call with the client they are equipped to hit the ground running and well on their way to helping a buyer get into the perfect policy.
Elisa does all this while allowing agents to reach those digital first consumers that are looking to get started online before speaking to a human. That's both great for agent productivity and exactly what the digital generation expects and demands.
